ck365 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck365 website, mobile browser experience, and all associated services accessible at ck365.bio and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on ck365 and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on ck365, including wallet balance, betting history, and personal details.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ck365 account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account by ck365 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on ck365.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, referring to the identity and age verification process ck365 uses to confirm player eligibility.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary fiat currency accepted on ck365.
• "USDT" means Tether USD, the stablecoin cryptocurrency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on ck365.

By completing the ck365 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the ck365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on ck365, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering product made available on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of ck365 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

To register and use ck365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck365 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gambling platforms serving Pakistani users.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from ck365 or any related platform under common ownership.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ck365 or any of its software providers.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or where ck365 has indicated it does not accept registrations.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

ck365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during a Player's registration or account lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ck365. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If ck365 discovers that a Player holds more than one account — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods were used — all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter may be escalated for fraud review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered details change — particularly your mobile number used for two-factor authentication or your payment method details — you must update your account promptly via account settings or by contacting ck365 support.

ck365 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, following notification to the registered email address. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure due to inactivity will be returned to the Player via their last used withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable administrative fees as disclosed in the Cashier section.

ck365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in PKR or USDT as applicable. ck365 does not apply a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck365 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. ck365 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or where account activity has triggered an anti-money laundering review.

Estimated withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Same business day in most cases, subject to wallet limits.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days.
• USDT: Within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

ck365 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been submitted, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for pending bonus wagering requirements.

ck365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL season promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is displayed, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules applicable to all ck365 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of your wallet and are tracked separately from real-money balances.
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified per offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and sports bets contribute subject to minimum odds requirements as stated per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ck365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively where abuse or system errors are identified.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or any form of coordinated bonus farming — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

All sports bets placed on ck365 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are not confirmed until ck365 has accepted the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. Network interruptions occurring prior to acceptance mean the bet is not placed.
• ck365 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing errors. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Match result bets on cricket markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other applicable authority). ck365 does not accept protests or appeals based on unofficial sources.
• For PSL and domestic Pakistani cricket markets, ck365 uses official scorecards and match results as the settlement basis. Any discrepancy between a live data feed and the official scorecard will be resolved in favour of the official scorecard.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per account, as displayed in the bet slip at time of placement. ck365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual Player at its discretion.

Casino game outcomes on ck365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game software partners. All RNG systems used on ck365 are independently audited. ck365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck365. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive format offered on ck365.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other methods to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions imposed by ck365.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided. Players are required to report bugs to support rather than exploit them.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ck365 as a mechanism to cycle funds from illicit sources.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using third-party identities.
• Transferring funds between player accounts by any means, including deliberate losing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading KYC documents.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are obtained through fraudulent means.

ck365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its player base in Pakistan. The following tools and policies are in place and accessible to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session time alerts that notify them after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and without requiring the player to justify their decision. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened.
• Reality Checks: ck365 displays session duration information during active play sessions to help players stay aware of time spent on the platform.

ck365 does not target marketing at players who have self-excluded or who have indicated they are experiencing gambling-related difficulties. If you believe someone is using your account and you are concerned about their gambling behaviour, please contact our support team immediately.

All content on the ck365 Platform — including but not limited to the ck365 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, data feeds, and game content — is the intellectual property of ck365 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck365 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any ck365 content without prior written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any ck365 software.
• Using the ck365 brand, name, or logo in any external publication, social media content, or marketing material without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ck365 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory requirement.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank, that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even where ck365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ck365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ck365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ck365 includes registration details, KYC documentation, transaction history, betting activity, device and session data, and communications with our support team. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience.

ck365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and payment processing partners strictly for the purposes of account verification and transaction processing. All data is stored with appropriate encryption and security controls.

ck365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck365 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of ck365 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights or obligations, and updates to section numbering — may be made without individual notification to Players.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ck365's operating jurisdiction as specified in our licensing documentation.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the relevant regulatory dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under ck365's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration or other dispute resolution proceedings.
